Facts What does American Dealer (“American Dealer”, the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) do with your personal information?

When you are no longer our customer, we will continue to share your personal information as described in this notice. In addition to collecting Personal Information, the Company and/or our Partners may use a variety of technologies that automatically collect General Information, which does not personally identify you. The types of General Information that the Company and/or our Partners collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us.

What we do

How does American Dealer protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer protections and protected files and buildings.
How does American Dealer collect my personal information?

The Company and our Partners may collect your Personal Information, for example, when you:

  • Request financing

  • Request a lease

  • Provide employment history

  • Give us your contact information

  • Show your driver’s license

Company may disclose all information collected from User, including personally identifiable information, to Lookslike Inc. and divisions of Lookslike Inc., including Dealer Center (the “Web Host”) in connection with the operation of this website.

Lookslike Inc. and its Dealer Center divisions will use, distribute and store the information in accordance with the privacy policy.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only:

  • sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes: information about your creditworthiness

  • affiliates to use your information to market to you

  • share for non-affiliated companies to market to you independently

Residents of the State of California or Nevada may request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about Personal
Information (if any) that we have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.


Data deletion request

If your information has already been sold, shared, or transferred to a partner or third party (including, but not limited to, a financial institution or customer relationship manager (CRM)), you may also need to submit additional requests to

Do Not Sell/Opt Out

To submit a web form or funding application, you must indicate that you “have agreed” to have your information sold, shared or transferred. To “opt out” of the sale, sharing or transfer of your information, you must refrain from submitting a web form or funding request, as that type of action implies that you are opting in. Personal information is not shared unless a web form or a funding application is submitted.

The lack of proper identifying information may result in us not finding a match for your personal information. Please note that requests must be made by post or email. We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or mailed correctly, or that do not have complete information or postage.

Kids American Dealer does not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 16 to participate in any service offered on our website that requires the submission of personal information, including, without limitation, web forms or financial applications. If we learn that a user is under the age of 16 and has submitted personal information to us, we will delete their personal information.
